T-numbers provides free and subscription-based 0800, 0845 and 0870 numbers. Extremely quick and simple to set up, plus you can route the numbers to UK-based mobile or landline numbers.

In-bound calls cost 4p/min for 0800, 3.5p/min for 0845 and 2p/min for 0870 numbers. Less memorable numbers are free to own with no subscription. This raises to £9 or £29 registration for more memorable numbers, with 0800 and 0845 numbers also incurring a £2/month subscription fee (there are no subscription fees at all for 0870 numbers).
